Mr. Leonard Good, South Whidbey’s ‘mad, fun scientist’ visited 5th grade teacher John LaVassar’s classroom today to teach about chemical reactions and explain the periodic table of elements. He also sang the periodic elements to the tune of a Gilbert & Sullivan song.
Mr. Good conducts classroom science experiments which are funded as part of the Foundation’s Adopt-A-Grant program. Ervin Knezek is the patron who adopted and funded this classroom project.
